spent over 7 years in The Dhanalaxmi Bank before joining the firm as partner. He is a Commerce Graduate and a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He have 25+ of professional experience, his core expertise is in strategic consulting, corporate governance and designing and implementing systems and procedures. He has also been awarded a Diploma in Information Systems Audit from the ICAI with AIR 2.

He has also been awarded certificate on concurrent audit, and certification course of Ind AS from the ICAI. Prior joining as partner in 2022, he worked with ICICI bank as financial analyst over two years. His areas of expertise include corporate compliances, internal audits, direct taxation and business process outsourcing. CA Vasudevan is awarded as Quickbooks Pro Personal, and he is ZOHO Books, Xero Expert, and Odoo accounting expert.

Senior Audit Manager
He plays a critical leadership role in overseeing and managing audit engagements. He is responsible for planning and executing audits across various industries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines. Mr. Kishore also supervise and mentor audit teams, guide junior staff, and ensure the timely completion of assignments with high-quality deliverables. Apart from regular audit activities, he is in-charge of ROC compliances, GST related assignments & TDS return compliances
